Littlefoot – a platform to serve the tiny house and small home sector here in Australia. 

Littlefoot focuses on making small-footprint living mainstream by connecting small-real estate investors to builders, landowners, services and suppliers. Presenting the best options available to buyers, allowing more people to make quick, informed decisions, we have created something that will empower both buyers and sellers.

You most certainly can. However, we do have an application process to help us to keep the standard high and will require your business to provide us with specific elements for you to be able to utilise the service. For example, high-quality images are a must for the platform.

To inquire about listing with us, you can start the application process by clicking the button at the bottom of the home page and providing us with details about your products, services or builds. Once we receive your inquiry, one of our Littlefoot team will get back to you.

Small builds and homes – If your build is a quality build, has a small footprint, both in size or small in ecological footprint, we would be keen to have a discussion with you about potentially listing on the platform. 

Related products – Do you have an off-grid product/s or product/s often used in small footprint setups? If so, your product may be a good fit for Littlefoot.

Services – Are you a Real Estate Agent that has access to land for sale or that might be suitable for a small home? Are you offering a service to the small house sector? Do you tow or deliver tiny houses? If so, we would love to hear from you to discuss potentially listing your services on Littlefoot.

We are currently in beta and as such are offering listings for free  an introductory offer where you can try our service for free. Get in contact to find out more. 

On each of the Small homes listed, you will see an icon with two arrows. If you see a home you like, simply click on the two arrows and this will add that home to a comparison list.  When you are ready to look at the homes that caught your interest side by side, click on the compare tab on the right-hand side of the screen and select the compare button on the tab that opens.

Please note that the compare function will work better on a larger screen, but if you are viewing on your mobile it works best if you turn your phone sideways once the comparison table has been created.

To start over by selecting the compare tab again and then selecting the clear button or by clicking the X in the top right-hand corner of the home’s you wish to remove.

Littlefoot is currently operating Australia wide.

However, we are open to exploring partnerships with small minded people in other locations.
